A Malibu Bash
We love to get on the road and kick back for a wedding in the Malibu hillside at Saddlerock Ranch.

The bride and groom were a pleasure to work with and it gave us the opportunity to work with the creative, gracious, and stylish Paige and Kelly from Bash, Please.

It also gave us the opportunity to work with one of our very favorite floral designers, Carissa Jones of JL Designs. Her usage of bay leaf, rosemary, thistle, and gorgeous white flowers made for spectacular arrangements and garland.

Cake Monkey also provided a dessert station that was both decadent and down home at the same time. Elizabeth is a genius with sweets.

We enjoyed presenting a rustic menu that included enoki mushroom shooters, housemade burrata and heirloom tomato pizzettes, grilled tri tip, roasted salmon, and a wild mushroom and meyer lemon risotto. November 21, 2012 - Birthday In The Park

Birthday In The Park When thinking about things we are thankful for this year, we find ourselves remembering events that make us happy to be in the business we’re in.

Avery’s 1st Birthday was one of those events.

Not only are we in love with this cute, precocious child but her parents, family, and friends as well. The party was set in an idyllic Westside park and had all the food, crafts, and cupcakes befitting the celebration of a first year on the planet.

We were pleased to set a spread of delicious sandwiches, salads, and charcuterie. The lobster rolls, Korean style potato salad, and grilled nectarine salad were our favorites.

When you get the opportunity to work at the historical Orpheum Theatre for an event such as the Citi / AAdvantange Love the Journey Concert series, there is always a great time to be had.

The combination of the venue, client (Pierce Promotions), and band (Maroon 5) created an electric environment that made all guests feel privileged to be in attendance. We felt the same way.

The food consisted of some of our favorite items. Rice paper rolls with Sriracha lime dipping sauce, grilled mini artichoke and arugula pesto sandwiches, and chimichurri skirt steak were both fun and delicious.

Looking forward to working with everyone involved again soon.
