September 18, 2013 - Hatch Red Chile + Smoked Sage BBQ Spice Rub

We’re still holding onto the last days of summer, and our Hatch Chile BBQ rub is the perfect way to spice things up while it’s cooling down. Check out the recipe below or head over to Inspired By This where it was recently featured in their Foodie Friday series!

Hatch Red Chile + Smoked Sage Spice Rub

Hatch Red Chile + Smoked Sage BBQ Spice Rub

1/2 lb dried hatch chili
1 T dried sage
1 T cumin seed
1/2 T whole coriander
1 T paprika
1 t smoked paprika
1 cinnamon stick ground
1 t salt
1/2 t whole black pepper

Hatch Red Chile + Smoked Sage Spice Rub Toast hatch chilis in a pan over medium heat until fragrant.

Hatch Red Chile + Smoked Sage Spice Rub Remove stems and seeds.

Hatch Red Chile + Smoked Sage Spice Rub
Toast cinnamon stick, coriander, pepper, cumin seeds over medium heat until fragrant.

Hatch Red Chile + Smoked Sage Spice Rub Add all ingredients to spice mill and grind.

Hatch Red Chile + Smoked Sage Spice Rub Coat your favorite protein with the rub, get grilling and enjoy!

September 20, 2013 - A FABulous Store Opening

Kimora Lee Simmons and the Just Fab crew have launched their first ever flagship store in the Glendale Galleria! We were on hand to provide perfectly pink desserts while guests browsed the fashionable offerings and sipped champagne. Kimora herself even lent a helping hand offering the littlest guests some of our pink brownie pops. Congrats on the incredible store!
