It’s been a busy wedding season around here, and we’ve been lucky enough to be spending time at some of L.A.’s finest venues!
Take a look at this week’s featured wedding, set within the beautiful, “Camp Cabernet” at Malibu’s Saddlerock Ranch.
During cocktail hour, guests enjoyed craft cocktails and gourmet cheese and charcuterie, while servers passed appetizers such as sweet potato pommes frites with ancho salt and green chile ketchup; pancetta wrapped scallops with honey whiskey and jalapeno oil; and speck wrapped dates with manchego and sherry syrup.
Dinner was served across three stations, displaying items such as our wedge salad with iceberg lettuce, cherry tomato, gorgonzola, applewood bacon and chive vinaigrette; roasted brussel sprouts with speck, cipollini onion and maple brown butter; grilled wild salmon with pomegranate syrup and mint labneh; and mini bahn mi sandwiches with cucumber relish and sriracha.
We capped off the evening with a full dessert station as well as passed late night snacks (think: chicken sausage with french toast batter and maple bourbon syrup)— keeping guests happy and full until the very last moments of the night.
